Actually it can easily be seen in my videos that these are dolls and that they are AI-generated:
- there are numerous AI glitches in them, which I deliberately did NOT remove, so that one can see the current state of AI generated content.
- some of these glitches are related to patterns on clothing, which appears incorrectly when the doll is moving (e.g. leopard patterns)
- other glitches are during undressing, when a piece of clothing unrealistically moves through a leg or an arm.
- the dolls themselves are easily recognizable as such: there us usually a gap between the hands and the arms. I often try to hide it with arm rings, but often it is visible. And if the doll has no such gap, then her fingers are like sausage-fingers: too thick to be realistic.
- the motion of the dolls sometimes is awkward and not realistic, even to a large extend the AI does a good job in smoothing these motions realistically. .
- the voices of the dolls are quite without emotion, when they are talking - they often sound like in a powerpoint presentation.
All these indicators should indicate to a human viewer that these are not real woman. Only an AI bot probably will be unable to distinguish these dolls from humans.
So I do NOT see any problem that any reasonable human viewer with good vision could mistaken these dolls for real humans.
Therefore, my dolls do not need any documentation or ID or consent, because they are clearly dolls.
And I believe that my videos are being taken down without good justification from your side.
I would agree to two reasons for taking my videos down:
- if a doll is modelled after a real existing person, then such a video must be taken down, because that violates the rights of that real person who did not give her consent. In fact, I myself have recently removed two videos, after I realized that one head ("Margot") was indeed modelled after a real actress, something that I had not known before. I am NOT deliberately creating videos with real characters, and the female doll heads which I am usually using, are generic ones, not modelled after a real person. I will pay attention to it. And if you notice that there is a similarity to a real person, then please let me know the name of the real person whose rights would be violated, so I can check this and then take the video down, if you are right.
- And naturally I am also never posting videos depicting minors. That is a big no-no, and I NEVER have violated that rule.
So you suggest that I should make videos with more stylized appearance, such as Hentai, Anime, Manga? Well, there are people who do this and like it, but that is just not my style. This is quite a narrow market, and I am not interested in it. I specifically have chosen to use realistic looking dolls, so I can create realistic looking videos. And this is despite the fact that one always sees that these are dolls - see my above list of criteria. My doll videos fill a gap where only very few people are working, and this is kind of unique in the world actually.
Yes, I do agree, some of the things in my videos look very realistic, thanks to the progress of AI.
But if needed, I can proof for each of the videos that these are created from dolls and from AI technologies. I initially have already created such videos for you, and I am glad to create one for every single video that I upload: a short video showing myself, handling the dolls, showing how I take the picture series, and then showing on the computer how I create videos from these pictures. This is a definite proof that my doll videos are authentic and are not made with real actors.
The progress of AI is not stopping: you should have a look at sites like this:
There you see the content creators working with all kinds of new AI approaches and AI models, and they do create real looking women which are indeed indistinguishable from real women. They do not have those little glitches and doll-mistakes like my videos have - they are absolutely real looking. So how are you handling such videos?
That is what the future of porn videos will be: I guess that in 1 year there will be the majority of porn and sex adult videos having been created with AI and not with real performers. What will you do then with your site??? Will you reject all of those AI videos?
If you do this then you are not doing really a favor to women: AI will actually achieve that fewer women will work in the demeaning porn industry. Why would you actually be against that then?
If you do not accept (realistic) AI videos as you appear doing now in your policy, then you will loose significant business, and in a few years your site will be history.
So please consider this when you enforce your incredibly short-sighted policy, alone for the sight of staying in business.
If I cannot reinstate my videos and you do not accept my offer of documenting each and every of my videos with a supporting video about its creation, then I too will leave your site for good. There are many other sites which have a bit more business-sense and are more open to the changing world of porn.
